The video should clearly show the sealed parcel from all sides before opening and continue without interruption until the packaging, product and contents are completely visible.
Customers are advised not to discard the original packaging until the order has been fully checked. Claims without sufficient unboxing evidence may not be accepted, subject to applicable consumer rights and law.
